TheNXTScene Refund & Return Policy

At TheNXTScene, every product is made to order and printed specifically for you. As a Print-on-Demand brand, we begin production only after an order is placed. Because each item is custom made, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. Refunds & Replacements Eligibility

A refund or replacement will be offered only in the following situations:

• You received the wrong product (incorrect size, color, or design)
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• There are major print errors that do not match the original design

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

• Your Order ID
• A clear photo showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (please check our size chart carefully before ordering)
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings or printing processes
• Shipping delays caused by courier partners (we will assist in tracking or escalating the shipment)


3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
After this period, production begins immediately and cancellations will no longer be possible.


4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For approved replacements, production will begin right away and the new item will be shipped according to our standard production and delivery timelines.
